Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of YS Panel («the Service») you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
- Provides sports Blogger templates (the «Template») licensed through a serial key.
- Provides a client panel to manage licensed domains, colours, pages and content snippets.
- Optionally connects to your own Google account, through OAuth, to publish pages and posts to the Blogger blog you select.
3. Accounts and licence serials
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- A serial key is licensed for the number of domains stated at purchase; sharing, publishing or reselling a serial is not permitted and may lead to deactivation.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. The Google / Blogger integration
- The integration is optional and only works with blogs you own or are authorised to manage.
- You remain bound by Google's and Blogger's own terms and policies; you must not use the Service to publish content that violates them.
- You can revoke access at any time from the panel or from your Google account permissions.
- While the Google app is in test mode, authorisation tokens may expire periodically and you will need to reconnect.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material, or content that infringes copyright;
- distribute malware, spam, or deceptive redirects;
- attempt to bypass licensing, reverse-engineer the Template for resale, or overload the Service.
We may suspend an account that repeatedly breaches these rules.
6. Content and ownership
- You keep full ownership of the content you publish to your blog; we claim no rights over it.
- The Template, the panel and their source code remain our property and are licensed, not sold.
- Match data, fixtures, logos and broadcast links belong to their respective third-party providers.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and scheduled maintenance may interrupt access. Third-party feeds and the Blogger API are outside our control.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is» without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or any action taken by Google, Blogger, or a hosting provider. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, stored Google tokens are deleted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the provider's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
