Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
YS Panel (the «Service», available at aplwino.pro) provides sports Blogger templates and a client panel that connects a client's own Blogger blog to their Google account in order to publish pages and posts automatically. This policy explains what data we collect — including data received from Google APIs — how we use it, where it is stored, and how you can remove it.
2. Data we collect
a) Account data
- Name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Licence serial(s), the domains you register, and your subscription status.
b) Google user data (only when you choose to connect your account)
- Your Google account email address.
- OAuth 2.0 tokens (an access token and a refresh token).
- The list of Blogger blogs you own — identifier, name and URL — so you can pick one.
- The blog you select and the pages/posts the Service creates on it.
We never request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service.
c) Technical data
- Server logs (IP address, browser user agent, request time) kept for security and abuse prevention.
- A session cookie required to keep you signed in.
3. How we use Google user data
- To create static pages (contact, privacy policy, archive) and match articles on the blog you select.
- To show the list of blogs you own so you can choose where to publish.
- To refresh the access token automatically so scheduled publishing keeps working.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, resale, or training machine-learning models. Nothing is published to your blog without an action you initiate (a click, or an auto-publish rule you switch on yourself).
4. Storage and security
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never rendered in any screen, export or log.
- All traffic is served over HTTPS; access to stored connections is limited to your own account.
- Disconnecting the integration deletes the stored tokens immediately.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share Google user data with third parties, except:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the application and database under a data-processing agreement.
- Where disclosure is required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
- Google data is kept only while the connection exists.
- «Disconnect» in the client panel deletes the stored tokens immediately.
- To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@aplwino.pro; we delete it within 30 days.
- You can also revoke access at any time from Google Account permissions.
7. Limited Use disclosure
8. Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced in the panel or by email.
